Mic is a traditional four string bassist, unlike most prog-rock bassist playing with five or six string basses, Mic is still blowing people away with his four strings. He plays with Fender and Rickenbacor basses. The bass pictured above in the left, is a fender. The one on the right is a Rickenbacor.

Mic was in Shabűtie after Jon Carelo left and Josh Eppard recommended him. He originally played guitar but picked up the bass specifically for Shabűtie. He stayed with the band until around June of 2007, and he left due to "Personal" reasons. Shortly after his departure, Coheed And Cambria picked up another bassist, he started only doing live shows. In August of 2007 Mic started talking to Claudio about rejoining the band, and Claudio couldn't say no to an original friend and band mate. So Mic had joined back with the band right before they started production on their new album, Good Apollo I'm Burning Star IV, Volume II: No World For Tomorrow.

Mic has made statements that he will eventually show people his side project, and he has stated that it will be a lot like Claudio's - The Prize Fighter Inferno, but a lot different also. For now very little is know, not even a name.
